Basala *DEPRECIATED*

"Oh.... I'm starting to feel giddy just thinking about it!" Stu says as his grin widens.

"Now did you learn something about using those cards?" Elros says to Stu "If no one had used them you would still have your shop." He says with a chuckle.

"Risk is only a few letters away from reward... wait... never mind.

I still want to draw more."

Mots looks at her backpack with disappointment. "Well, I guess my visit to the tree of life will have to wait for a while..."

"So... where is the town nearest to here?" Stu questions

"Mots, dearie." Dahlia smiles broadly. "Would you like to share some of that tree of life with me..?"

"i'll go too if that's alright. it's getting pretty boring around here anyway."

Mots pulls her bag closer to her. "Not right now, sheesh! Have some control, Dahlia."

Dahlia waves her hands around in exasperation. "I didn't mean now!" She shakes her head. "In celebration, perhaps? When we return."

"And your store will be exactly the same as it was before, Stu." She smirks. "Any kind of damage to it will be there before I put it in the box. No harm will come to it while it is inside."

Stus grin widens and a glint of madness forms in his eyes.

"Oh!" Dahlia addresses Elros. "Rope." She pulls 6 feet of silk rope out of her box. "Here." She tosses it to Elros, then flies to the door. "Now, if you will excuse me for a moment, I need to buy a new emei piercer to replace one of my old ones." She frowns. "I don't understand why it broke like that..." Dahlia exits the store and goes to the weapons shop.

Still wearing his maddening grin, Stu asks Elros "Do you have a map of the region around Basala?"

"If you don't mind, I'd like to come along. I need something... Special for the General Store owner"

Then, as if doing a Double-Take, says to Mots, "Wait a minute, what's this about a tree of life?"

"Of course! The more the merrier!

Oh I'm so excited! I've never stolen an entire building before!"

"No, but I do know of a little desert town about 2 day away from here. They have brought the shop a few unique items before so maybe they have a shop there." Elros says looking at Stu.

After fishing his thought he lays the rope around his neck after folding it in half and tying it at the end. He then ties an arquebus to one end and a second one to another end. He then pins the ends of the rope down to the leather/ cloth part of his armor so the don't swing around to much. After finishing attaching the weapons he says thank you to Dalia.

Dahlia returns, spinning a new piercer around her finger.
"There we go, all better!" She sits on a table to observe everyone.

"When do you guys want to leave?" Elros says as he looks at everyone.

OOG: when you want to leave I will make a thread called outside Basala.

"As soon as possible!" Dahlia puts her new weapon into her box.

"Yes, please, for the love of the gods, RIGHT NOW." Stu exclaims.

Dahlia gets a twinkle in her eye. "Or..." She grins evilly. "We could leave in a few weeks or something... I mean, really, what's the rush?" She stares straight at Stu, teasing him.

Stu charges his hands with a minor version of lighting grasp and flicks Dahlia.


"Don't toy with me."

Dahlia yelps and inches away. "Fine, fine!" She rubs the spot Stu flicked and looks at the ground, muttering under her breath. "Ass..."

"Well I think I'm ready" Elros says looking at the two guns tied around his shoulders "Lets go... Wait" he says as a thought pops in his head. "I think Casper should go, she could come in handy." after saying that he walks into the basement.

Dahlia gathers her belongings into her box and backpack. "I'm all set to go, actually." She goes about double checking that she has everything.

Stu smiles smugly to himself as he places his things in their proper places.
